Ok, here's the deal. (scroll down if you don't want to read every detail) Last thursday, the 3rd Map Pack for Call of Duty World at War finally came out. I couldn't wait anymore because I really wanted to play the new zombie map. The lame thing is, I had to go to the dentist on that same day so I wanted to download it early and enjoy it before I had to face the horror of the dentist. Anyway, after joining a party with a few of my "friends" on XBL, someone of my friends joined and said that we could finally download map pack 3. I quit my session and went to the marketplace. But, as soon as I tried to buy the DLC a nice new message popped up: "This item isn't available from your current location." Seeing this pissed me off. I tried to buy it for another 15 minutes without any sign of progression. I've had this problem a while ago when I tried redeeming my Flashback Map pack code for GoW2. But back then I didn't really care about it. I've found out that Microsoft blocks DLC for certain games by checking the IP of your router especially if that content is rated 18+. This seems to be the major cause of my problem. The first odd thing is that I don't get why I was able to download the second map pack, but now I'm unable to download the 3rd one... I even created a new account where the user account is over 18 years old, added 800 MS points and tried downloading it again. Still the same result. I then went to xbox.com to login there and force it to download the DLC to my xbox 360 ...
