Shots of the Petrified Forest National Park in Arizona. On my way from Dallas, TX to Los Angeles, CA, I stopped in Arizona to see this national park full of petrified trees, which look like chopped down wood in appearance but are actually rock hard and stone-like. I decided to grab a few shots during this quick detour, and this is the result. Not a short film, nor a test, just proof of my having visited this park, I suppose. Enjoy. Edited on the outdated Vegas 6.0 on my laptop, so the preview window didn't work - I just had to drop my raw takes 'blind' into the timeline and back them with music, which is why some takes start/stop with a jiggle or my hand. Camera movement done on indiSLIDERmini base model. Lens used Sigma 30mm f/1.4, stopped down to f/4 on the Canon 60D with Neutral Picture Style.
